To Empower eligible youth by Encouraging and Fulfilling Educational Necessities and transforming community through various sustainable programs for different social causes.

1) To facilitate Educational and Financial assistance for socially weaker segment's students.
2) "Capacity Building Measure" programs in Tribal Area's school and Provide Quality Education to each Student.
3) To arrange different Social Awareness Program to Strengthen the dialogue between the community and youth.

“सर्व सामान्य लोकांची सेवा हीच मानवसेवा” हा आपल्या पूर्वजांनी मांडलेला सिद्धांत व सामाजिक बांधीलकी जोपासत काम करणारी सेवाभावी संस्था म्हणजे “भटके विमुक्त सामाजिक संस्था” होय. सामाजिक बांधिलकी जपली जावी, निराधार तसेच गरीब गरजु उपेक्षितांच्या मुलभूत अधिकारासाठी संस्था “आशेचा किरण” म्हणून उदयास येत आहे. समाजात सामाजिक बांधिलकी व समाजाचा विकास व्हावा या उद्देशाने ०१ मे २००४ रोजी भटके विमुक्त सामाजिक संस्था स्थापना झाली. गरीब व गरजू समाज बांधवांची मुले व निराधार महिला यांच्या सामाजिक उत्थानांसाठी संस्था सदैव कार्यरत आहे. त्या अनुषंगाने समाजातील गरीब व गरजू समाज बांधवांची मुले शिक्षणा पासून वंचित राहू नये, म्हणून संस्थे मार्फत त्या मुलांना दत्तक घेऊन त्यांची शैक्षणिक जवाबदारी संस्था अत्यंत प्रामाणिकपणे पार पाडत आहे.
